The weather is on top and today I had my first workout for a whole week
And I'm back! After a whole week of being sick, both with a sore throat and a cold I really needed some fresh air to get back on track so I started off this day with a walk in the sun and then a 2 hour workout at the gym. 1 hour core and 1 hour cardio. Now I feel like a brand new human. This was exactly what I needed. And I'll be back at the gym tomorrow agian, and maybe even treat myself with a walk in the sun by the water in the morning.
