How To..
..do my healthy vanilla panncakes!
For 10 panncakes.
1/2 dl graham flour (or any other whole wheat flour)
1/2 dl low fat cottage cheese
3 eggs (150 calories less if you only use the eggwhites)
2 tbsp (msk) milk
2 1/2 tsp (tsk) stevia
1 tsp (tsk) vanillia extract
1/2 tsp (tsk) baking soda
Calories: 35 (for 1 pancake out of 10)
1. Start by pick out all your ingredients.
2. Mix all the ingredients together.
3. Fry them in a non stick pan.
5. Done! I serve mine with homemade blueberry and raspberry jam. Yummy!
